"The place its self is lovely, as is the food. We booked to extend our stay and were told they were fully booked and it would not be refunded as they don’t deal with WOTIF even though the booking had been placed via the app. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t even offer to look at the booking confirmation and payment we had taken from our account."

"This a beautiful near new home that was comfortable and well appointed. The house is close to the main town but as it’s in the main road it was very noisy during the night and early morning"

"We stayed in room 10 aircon didn’t work properly. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Reception came to look fiddled around with it, didn’t help. We went back and told them, they said we can’t change rooms, even though it wasn’t booked out. The milk in the room was off and out of date. They have a leak in the bathroom, floor was alway wet. Would never stay here again. "
