"There was no hot water and when I called up front , I was told I would get a call back. The call back never came and I called again and they acted as if they knew the whole time. I was not offered any solution or refund of portion of money. The breakfast was good though, and the cook actually was horrified when he heard the front desk employee screaming at me. When I checked out, I told the guy at the front desk about the hot water and he actually acted like he wanted to assault me it was...

"Roo was nice and clean, breakfast had lots of great choices, bed was very comfortable, TV didn't have any channels but I was too tired to care. Parking lot would have been better if you could drive around the building since I was pulling a stock trailer but it was fine"

"We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards."
