"Warning: Reservation of room at Hotels.com for this hotel doesn’t provide any room reservation. I reserved two sea view rooms but there were none available upon arrival. The tried to send us to another hotel but we finally got other rooms at the hotel without sea view and different bed constellation. Got a limited discount compared to the reservered rooms. Besides room issues the hotel was great with nice pool, nice beach, nice restaurant and bar."

"Las hbitaciones si estan limpias y realizan el aseo diario, el personal es muy amable y estan al pendiente por si se te ofrece algo mas, la ubicacion es muy buen a 3 minutos esta la plaza de la castellana y el exito. Además, hay muchos lugares de comida cerca para desayunas y almorzar."

"No me imaginaba que el hotel estaba así, desde la fotografía parecía diferente, bien mantenido y no fue así, llegamos y casi dañamo el carro para entrar por un hierro en el piso, parecía una cabaña para llevar mujeres a prostituirse. Lo que parecía ser el dueño quería tratar de convencernos a no anular la reserva porque si no había que tener otro gasto para hacerlo a parte de no recibir el reembolso había que poner una penal para anular, y tratando de convencernos a quedarnos allá decía que la...

"Our arrival was not great, as the hotel was over booked despite our reservation. The location of the hotel is good. The lady working there was very nice. The water supply was a bit unstable in the bathroom. There was Netflix.The room smelt of cigarettes. Good breakfast"
