"There is a little guest kitchen where you can cook breakfast or meals if you want to and our room had a fridge, kettle and mugs which was excellent. The water goes cold in the shower if you’re not quick though! A nice typical Maltese place to stay though. Near Buggiba and Qawra and right next to an excellent pizza place called Made In Sud and a fully stocked convenience store, 40 yards away. "

"Second stay at Shamrock apartments another great stay. So close to all amenities, bus terminal so close, restaurants, shops etc.. hosts are attentive and quick to respond to any enquires. Appartment has everything you could need for your stay. Pool is small but clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Only negative not the appartments fault but a Scottish lady decided to sunbathe topless (which is not allowed) next to my 80 year old father, just because she wanted the particular bed he was using!! "

"Great stay at Paradise Gardens. The guest house is pretty and very happily situated with amazing views from the balcony. Quiet area but with shops and restaurants within walking distance, right next to a bus stop. Great location if you like walks and hiking in nature. We have met Amanda the manager and she was friendly, helpful and very welcoming."

This was an excellent price for value, while in a budget category, it contained all basic amenities, I needed. "Me and my partner had an amazing stay at Dar Ix-Xemx! You can tell the owners care deeply about the space, they also answered any questions we had. "Was a lovey place and the pool was nice but could use new sun loungers. We paid for a queen room with pool view but was put in a family room, 3 single beds, then when asked was only moved to a double (without pool view). Breakfast selection was toast with toppings and cereal, a coffee machine and juices also. It states free toiletries upon booking, but they do not supply or have any at the hotel. It is a nice hotel, amazing staff, very peaceful and quite. We would return again."
