"Great hotel, high quality in almost everything. The surrounding area was a little iffy but other than that it fit perfectly for us. The free parking is great but complicated having to move cars around. Yet, it is a great addition if you are travelling by car. They did not take cards and they did not let me prepay. That is a problem, for we had to give them some of our exchanged pesos."

"Staff was very attentive, friendly and provided quick service. Hostel had amenities such as outdoor courtyard, ping pong table, mini computer lab and outdoor seats with free breakfast cooked by one of the staff members. Convenient location as it is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Only downside was showers didn’t dispense water well and need a little maintenance and renovation. Overall a good experience. "

"There was no hot water. Someone tried to come into our room while I was changing and my husband was in the shower. We decided to leave a day early and the property states they could not refund us. "

"For a low budget hotel this is perfect. Only down side is if you are not used to being in commercial areas the location is not ideal. All the staff were wonderful. I meet the young owner and wish him well. I will return. Although in a not great area it is very close to downtown and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were small clean and adequate. Give it a try "

"They didn't accept us"

"We requested a ground floor room since the guests were elderly people with problems climbing stairs. It is apparent the hotel does not take it into consideration since we were assigned a third floor room, and the guests had trouble climbing the stairs (no elevators in the hotel). On top of that, the TV didn't work, there were issues with water in the bathroom and we were not informed that we had to request maid service to have the room done in the morning. Very disappointing stay"

"Hotel staff were very professional and exceeded expectations. They were very knowledgeable about what there was to do and where things were in the area. It is sad to say that the hotel is in need of a renovation, water spots in the ceiling in the bathroom, messed up creaking room floors but besides some renovations that are desperately needed, hotel was great over all, especially for the price. Will return again. Forgot to mention, great in hotel restaurant with awesome plates to chose from!!!"
