"The staff was nice and very helpful. We had some house cleaning issues but they were immediately taken care of."

"The upstairs to the 4th floor is very complicated."

"Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. "I made a reservation to stay at this hotel when I showed up for check in the hotel did not exist. Apparently the hotel was there before but ceased operation some time ago, they just didn't delist the property off the Expedia website and continued on taking reservations and collecting payments. I tried to contact the owner of the hotel but received no response. "
