"Clean and convenient "

"Very nice stay at a convenient location in Cottonwood, south of SLC. Spacious suite, comfortable and clean. Only mild issue was smell of sulfur, probably from the water. Other than that, great stay."

"Everything about the room was good but the checkout point left a bit to be desired. When I checked in on May 8th I was told by that person that there would be someone to check out the room on May 9th in order to get my $150.00 deposit back. Well when I got to 10:00 p.m. Pacific time and ready to check out the front desk clerk was hesitant to check out my room. He said that housekeeping does that in the a.m. I said (conveying frustration) that I needed to check out so I could get on a Amtrak...

"The staff was amazingly good. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean when I checked in. I really liked the smoking areas. There were a lot of them. And one very good smoking area that has a park bench and is set far away from the building and in some grassy and tree covered area. Great place to stay for the weekend and I would most definitely stay there again."

"Easy 1-night stay. I didn’t arrive until 1 in the morning and the night receptionist was still extremely friendly. Clean and comfortable!"

"Old, tired room. Bedside lamp didn’t work, few plugins. Needs updating. Smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking room."

"Clean and nice but the walls were thinner than I would have expected. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same area and heard zero noise. The bathroom fan goes on whether you like it or not, as does the light, waking others during the night. The liiiitle bottles of shampoo and conditioner are so hard to squeeze anything out of and the cap is impossible to remove. A bit frustrating. But over all a good place. "
