"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "Absolutely superb hotel. Clean, fresh rooms, great decor. Short walk from the train station, and local shops & cafes."

"Positiv: sehr sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, zentrale ruhige Lage, Parkplätze am Haus, vielseitiges Frühstück (für eine Jugendherberge). Negativ: Die schlechte Belüftung im Haus! Im Schlafsaal mit 14 Betten gibt es keine Fenster, nur verschlossene Oberlichter und einen Decken-Ventilator: stickige heiße Luft im Raum. Auch in den Sanitärräumen und im Speisesaal gab es zu wenig natürliche Belüftung. Schade!"

"Excellent location. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and adequate but the shower was rather small, but expected as photos had shown. . Breakfast was excellent and the highlight was the lovely friendly lady that served breakfast."
