"One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between Expedia and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it."

"Superb family run hotel with so many extra touches that made it a really special stay. Brollys at the entrances for guests use (I needed that one day and as a cyclist not something I’d packed!
