"Room was on third floor, no elevator. Shower was tiny. Shower head very low. No soap holder. Leak around the sink. The only chair in the room was broken. Decoration was non existent. An old, badly kept room. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The bad, the better, the good. I had two reservations totaling three nights (calendar challenged) and at check in was told we only had two nights for each room. The third night was the important one as we have a late night event to attend. After getting another reservation through calling Hotels.com, the next day we were told we did not have to move but maybe change rooms. The second day we were told we did not have to change rooms. Rooms were a bit small, but that was in the hotel description....

"Cute little hotel near the beach. Great view of the beach from top floor, but no air conditioning makes it hot on that floor, not sure how people caan stay there in the heat of the summer ? Wonderful and charming lady at the reception makes you feel welcome instantly. Beach and restaurants are very close. A great place to stay when in Fécamp."

"Room was very basic and quite small. It felt very cold and the walls are very thin. There was black mould on some of the bathroom tiles and the sink had a crack in it. More of a motel than a hotel. Restaurant had very limited choice on the menu. Breakfast tables rarely made up. No hot food. Wifi was very good. Staff were friendly and plenty of parking outside. Not the best place I have stayed in but relatively cheap."

"I wish I would have had a better review before I decided on this hotel. Lots of issues with this hotel. Check in is not until 5PM. This alone was enough not to stay there. After a 7 hour flight and 3 hour drive we wanted to freshen up a bit but no possibility. Not even anyone at all at the hotel. No one at front desk, in fact no front desk. And all on the second floor??? When 5pm finally arrived the manager came out of what seemed to be a condo in the hotel. Then we arrived at room with a small...

"Surprisingly spacious family room was excellent. The breakfast was good with wide choice and proper coffee. We also ate in the brasserie the night before, they reserve an early slot for hotel guests, and the food was delicious."

"Please note the town shuts down at 8 PM. They close the hotel and do NOT wait for you to check in. Fortunately a much nicer hotel was down by the actual beach and accommodated us. It worked out bc it was a far superior hotel and not much more money compared to the new Windsor. Stay somewhere else but def visit Etretat. "

"Nice setting on the Seine estuary with the chance to sit in the garden and watch barges taking goods to and form the port. The hotel is almost directly under the major structure of the towering Tancarville road bridge however, which for some may make it a bit noisy, although our sleep was not unduly disturbed. Good value for money set menus in the restaurant. Hotel could use some sprucing up on the outside as it is starting to look a bit shabby."
