"This is a nice place with large enough apartments. When we booked it, we were looking for something with easy access to Paris’ RER/trams. The closest station is a 30 minute walk. One unit we rented was renovated, the other wasn’t. The non-renovated one had issues with the fan above the cooking surface and was really warm. Had it had A/C, it wouldn’t have been a problem.
