Overall great experience

This was an excellent place to stay. Rooms and common spaces were very clean. The breakfast was simple but reasonably priced and very good. Although you are definitely located outside the city, the local area does have several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The best part was definitely the staff. Andre was super helpful and made you feel at home. He made check in easy and recommended a great place to park in Quebec City for a day trip to the winter carnival. If I were to...

This place was excellent. Very helpful staff at front desk helped us with area highlights and was helpful overall. The room was very clean, the neighborhood safe, and the distance from local attractions within walking distance. It's an older building in a residential neighborhood, but literally around the corner and/or down the street from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores, etc. Book it.

Location, location, location! Stayed three nights and never had to use our car, which was provided with a designated parking space. This hotel was clean, and walkable to everything. Staff extremely friendly.

This was by far one of the best rooms we have ever had. It had a coat closet and a clothes closet. There was a separate vanity with a hair dryer adjacent to the bathroom and bedroom . The clothes closet had the ironing board and the iron The sofa included a pull out bed and the dining table and kitchen appliances would allow for more thn a one night stay. The suite was very sweet! There were two TV sets too! Plus, the breakfast was excellent! The bacon was just right. Prefect staff as well.

I wasn't sure about staying in a hostel, but I gave it a try it and didn't regret it. I normally stay in hotels/Airbnbs when I travel. Anyways, I felt safe, it was clean, I got a room w/only females. I only needed a place to sleep and shower. They provided bed sheets they offered a towel/blanket. You can purchase any essentials, such aa toothbrush/shampoo, lock for the locker, etc. The girls I shared the room were respectful that I didn't mind sharing a room w/3 other girls. I didn't have any...

Like location. Very relaxing atmosphere. Very clean.

Excellent

A very quiet and peaceful spot in the heart of the Old Town. It is right next to a park and offers a view of the river. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel—only warm words of thanks for the cozy atmosphere.

This was a lovely efficiency apartment that was very adequate for two couples spending a couple of days in Quebec City, There were numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host also provides free parking in a nearby garage facility. We did not know that we would be here during a local holiday but truly enjoyed the activities and the sites this provided. Had great contact with the host who provided information for all we needed.

My teen daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the apartment! It was nice to have our own spacious area as well as a kitchen to prepare food so we don't hang to eat out every meal. The property is beautiful and a great spot for exploring the island and Quebec City. The only suggestion I would make to the owner would be to keep a light on the apartment when new forests come as it was hard to find in the dark, and to invest in a larger comfy sofa so guests can relax and talk at the end of a long...

I would like to thank the front desk clerk who was working at around noon on December 21. I didn't realize I had left my purse with money and passports and he gave it back. THANK YOU!!! Besides this incident, the staff was great. They gave me coffee and provided everything I asked for. The bed sheets smelled so good!!! The view to the park was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!
