"Location is great. Very noisy in the morning when janitors trying to clean rooms. She kept knocking the door and asking in French until I put the “do not disturb” sign on. That was 9:45 in the morning and the latest check-out time is noon."

"Very disappointed by the hotel, for $90 I would hope this to be much better. When we arrived we had to park to the other Ibis next door because the Ibis Budget parking was closed. There was no one at the reception and we had to again check-in next door. Even though I mentioned we were 3 with 2 small kids, the 3rd bed was not done I had to do it at 10pm at night with 2 very tired kids to manage! The bathroom and breakfast silvers were not super clean. And all of that for $90! This is overpriced...

"I liked the couple that run this hotel at night. They were very helpful despite the fact I speak no French. Entry into the parking garage could be an issue and the gate has to be opened by the gentleman. They close at 8PM, so don't be late and there is a code to get in the front door to walk around town. Of course it is in an old building but it is renovated and even the bathroom was big. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a small balcony overlooking Place de l'Etang.
