"This hostel is situated in the heart of the city. It is only a short walk to the nearest metro station and also to some of the sights the city has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay."
"Absolutely loved staying here. It was central and walking distance to everything in Baku. The hotel was clean. The staff were accommodating and Wahid was exceptional. Such a lovely young gentleman.
The breakfast was continental. The rooms on the 3rd floor. Shops and food places on the same road. We could see the flame tower from the hotel. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for looking after us."
"We were transferred to this hotel after another property cancelled us on the way there.Hotels.com were fantastic and moved us to this hotel which was a lot more expensive without charge.
The hotel is decent, not 5 star but everything is just ok.Plenty of choice at breakfast, beds are clean , rooftop bar has good view and not expensive.
Overall nothing to complain about.
Just decent."
"This was hands down one of the worst places I have ever stayed at in my entire life of traveling. I only stayed here because of location to an event but what a mistake that was. Nothing was as advertised, the place was dirty, towels were miserable, no a/c (eventhough listed), had to keep windows open so we were eaten alive by mosquitos, no restaurant or even water to be had. Staff wer very uninterested until I tried to check out and had to pay an additional 7 USD equivalent of some bizarre...
"Stuff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is located in the best spot, close to the center, lots of grocery stores and pharmacies around. Few minutes away from the subway and a Mall. Breakfast was tasty ."
"As soon as i came in to check in. They sent me to another hotel. Madina hotel. I went there waited for 2 hours. And they sent me back to zam zam. They told me that the room i booked is not available. So they can give me a smaller room. I took a look at it. It was so small i couldn’t fit in there with my suitcase. The staff was terrible. Very rude and acted like i need to"
