"Location was close to subway. Clean . Minimal type place ..staff was nice"

"I regret staying here. It’s so loud outside at night. I woke up 3-5 times per night because the walls block absolutely none of the noise. It’s also in an industrial area with nothing to offer (except noise). The hairdryers don’t blow hot air. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned all week. "Very quiet, everyone was helpful, Bed was comfy what more could you ask for in a hotel? I would definitely go back when I'm m in the area"

"The space itself was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. I am not a huge fan of the Times Square area, so keep that in mind when booking if you prefer a more quiet neighborhood. "We went during a super busy time and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating to our early check in and they held our bags after check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be staying again!"

"Muy limpia la habitación y muy amable el personal y muy buena ubicación !"

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot - what else do you need? It's NYC! And this is close to lots of cool stuff. There was a rotating cast of young people manning the front desk. The one there when we checked in was...
