"Oh my. Where to start. It’s off the beaten track which is fine as we went to Applebees which is also off the beaten track. I don’t think the bed was changed. There were “people” indents in the bed and little “crumbs” and the bed smelled liked a man’s cologne and so did one pillow. No Kleenex - but they did bring us a box once they understood what it is we were asking for. "We arrived at 11 pm. It was pouring out and there is no awning/covered area for unloading. We drove to a competitor’s facility to get our overnight items ready so we wouldn’t get soaking wet. The receptionist was completely indifferent and not helpful. The hotel is clean and has lots of little thoughtful amenities that we appreciated. We woke up at 8 a.m. to someone banging on our door asking if we needed towels- no because we just checked in 9 hours ago. I mentioned this to the staff downstairs...
