"This is ideal for a stopover coming off the ferry. We had a family room. The kids beds were upstairs (pretty steep stairs) but it had a gate at the top for safety. The room is small but has everything you need to sleep for one night. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and made the morning very easy.
The hotel is conveniently situated near major roads and next door to an Aldi."

Leider lag das Zimmer direkt an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, so dass es sehr laut war. Wenn man das Zimmer zum sehr schönen Hof gehabt hätte, wäre es sicher besser gewesen. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, wo man sehr gut übernachten kann."

"Des hôtes fumaient dans leur chambre et couloir ca sentait jusqu'à dans notre chambre.
Un micro-onde au premier étage est mis à disposition. Une utilisation jusqu'au petit matin pour certains gênant l'établissement en riant et parlant très fort.
Une odeur, dès l'entrée de l'hôtel d'encens mélangé à de la friture émane et c'est franchement désagréable.
Sinon propreté dans la chambre, bonne literie et personnel agréable et souriant.

"Not a very welcoming place. Faced with a significant travel delay I contacted them to advise of potential larrival but latest staff there would be was 10.30. No attempt to suggest a solution, but they could have if they wanted to. Fortunately I arrived in time. Of course I wanted dinner but no attempt to assist in advising where to go. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Just so rude."
"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Morand when we were in Rouen. It is in a perfect location close to the train station and the Musee des beau arts and visitors information centre. The reception staff were friendly and we were even able to check in early."
"This hotel is very well placed in the Rouen centre with easy access to all the pedestrian streets and sights of interest. The room was of good size and so was the bathroom but an update would be nice. Breakfast was good and had an appropriate selection. The wifi did not work very well at times, so if you are dependent on this you might be frustrated."

L hôtel des arcades je pense est définitivement fermé et donc ne devrait être plus en vente sur votre site. Nous sommes très déçue et je pense que vous ne vérifier pas les hôtels c est dommage.
