"When we got there there were no towels available for our room, even after checking-in. We had to wait about 2 hrs to get them. There was no way to control the room temperature because there was no ac. The safe in the room was not working, asked for help on the front desk and they never got back to us. The shower was not very clean, it had mold on all corners and on the wall.
Would not recommend."
"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

The top floor room with the little outdoor patio was just perfect for our family of four with tweens (parents got the singles and kids shared the king size bed!) but it was the lovely hosts that made it such a positive experience.

"Where do I start! I truly hope this is published. When we arrived we were given a room that had severe mold to the bathroom ceiling and my wife being a GP told me not to use any hot water as the steam will release the spores. We both were suffering with respiratory issues due to the smog in Santiago and dust from the streets. I raised the issue with the reception staff who showed us another room. This room was even worse that the one we had, with additional unknown splatter to the bedroom wall....

Je pense que le seul petit bémol à souligner est qu’il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants dans les chambres donc tous les matins on est réveillés de bonne heure car le soleil se lève très tôt.
