"The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."

"A lovely character hotel. The staff were really friendly and breakfast included was good and really appreciated as there is a lack of options locally. Close to the main square and Menin gate. "

"Ideal for exhausted travelers as.. fastest & easiest checkin ever, and had a self-catering hot food vending machine for late night arrivals. Minus is breakfast isn't incuded as it is with some Ibis's, but was only a v.reasonable E8.50"
