"We stay here four times a year for Le Shuttle - it’s in a convenient location, the staff are helpful & welcoming. The bedrooms are adequate but bathrooms are small. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Free parking. The hotel has a really friendly atmosphere too. "

"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). Play areas and dinosaur...

We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.."
