"We have stayed here before because is is convenient for driving to the Alps. The auberge is clean and comfortable and the welcome is great. Food is simple but well cooked. Our recent trip had a limited menu because of staff shortages but the meal was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended."

"First issue was Hotels.com confirmation had not made it through to the manager and the hotel was meant to be full. However the manager was brilliant. Sorted out dinner, phoned other guests that hadn’t arrived yet and by the time we finished dinner we were in. Excellent service. My only criticisms was the room was too hot so we had to open the window and the hotel is quite close to the church and the bells chime every 15 mins."

"A very good stop. The people at hotel were very friendly and welcoming. It was not that far from motorway and even easier when we left going south. We ate dinner which was great - classic French but straight forward cooking. The bar was also used by the locals who all seemed very friendly!"
