"Two things the hotel needs are beds need to be replaced. Was not comfortable and kinda old. No foam mattresses support our backs and the blinds are not cover well with lights so bright from the night lights from outside through the side and top blinds. It was not dark enough to sleep. Manager and owner need to see for your self at night and see what I’m talking about on second floor outside by the canteen room. Other than that. Breakfast good!"

"We had looked at other more expensive hotels in the Glenwood Springs area, but chose this one mainly because it is pet friendly. We are so glad we stayed here. Really wonderful hotel. Grounds are green and set among pine trees. Nice outdoor sitting areas and fire pits at night.Very clean and nicely furnished rooms with quality beds. Grassy area for our dog. Great breakfast in the lodge like atmosphere. Convenient drive to downtown and the Springs. Highly recommend this hotel for quality...

"I got a room with no stairs to it."

"This is an older property but continues to be kept clean and maintained. It is in a good location and noise was not a big issue. (With any motel, there is parking right outside your door/window, which is convenient but does add a bit of noise in the morning.). I have no hesitation staying here during the shoulder seasons but would not pay the approximate $250-300 room price during the summer."

"Our stay was great. The rooms are a little outdated. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel does not have an elevator. Luckily we were on the first floor."

"The motel has obviously had a very good update/renovation recently. New carpet, bedding, paint, etc. Very well done and comfortable. We were only here for 1 night mid-vacation but found the staff welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean with updated technology and reasonably priced. Easy :10 walk to the middle of town with restaurants and shops. Enjoy!"
