"A short walk to soldier field and eating places around the area. The staff were friendly and professional. The room needs an updated. It says it’s a smoke free hotel which is not true at all. The room they have us in smelled like cigarettes smoke. They did changed us to a different room but when we walk the hallway it smells like marijuana. It has like a musty smell through hallways and bedroom. I will not be staying here again."

"They didn’t have any supplies. Told us someone forgot to order it. Didn’t have any free bottles of water. Didn’t have any silverware. And apparently didn’t have anything for breakfast and put an out of order sign on the breakfast room door. No coffee or anything. Crazy for a room that cost $300."

"I have stayed here several times. Yes, the property is older and is two buildings "made into one", but the rooms are mostly good-sized and well maintained. The absence of an in-room fridge is noted, but that's really of minor concern. The hotel is conveniently located near a bevy of restaurants and shopping and is only a short walk from the Grand Avenue Red-Line CTA station."

"Place is dirty and needs remodeled. Staff were just there not welcoming. I will choose a different hotel for $20 more next time."

"Room was not ready upon arrival at 5:30"

"Good if you need a quick place to stay and aren’t looking for luxury"

"furniture layout a little awkward, ate dinner on the bed. They ran out of knives for breakfast and didn't seem bothered by it. Jewel is 1 mile away and they could have bought more. Breakfast was fine. Room could use a little TLC, paint. Putting shampoo by the sink wasn't helpful, no soap. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker helpful."
