"Very nice that they put my wifes name in billboard outside hotel for her birthday. Our shower ceiling was leaking and and had formed a plaster bubble. When we mentioned this we were told people above us had flooded their tub. Was not a quiet getaway."

"It was a quick single-night stay before checking in elsewhere for a long vacation. The Colonial was as advertised and expected. The room was sufficient, clean and comfortable relative to the type of accommodation, and the staff was attentive and friendly during check-in. We have zero complaints and would recommend/stay again!"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandspur cottages. The rooms were very clean and pet friendly. They are also very accommodating and helpful with any issues that you may have. It was very nice to be able to walk a short distance and be on the beach. We look forward to staying again in the near future!!"

"Maid service was not so good. Although the room was clean when we arrived, it was not cleaned while we were there. The first day we were there, the maid simply asked if we needed anything, and we were handed clean towels. The second day we were skipped altogether."

"This hotel has everything that you want from a wonderful swimming pool to a great location right at the ocean. Even if you don’t get oceanfront, it is just a few steps away through the corridor and you are directly on the beach no steps To go up or down just straight to the beach. The rooms are clean and very nice."
