"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...
"Absolutely loved this place. The view, the free sparkling wine, the spa and especially the free breakfast were amazing. We had great cocktails at the bar and the staff were very friendly."
"Modern hotel located very close to the pedestrian historical centre. Modern hotel with chic, modern appointments. Rooftop bar at night was an added bonus. While parking is not free, its location is great. We had an EV rental and the front desk helped us with getting the charger started which was very appreciated. Professional staff throughout the hotel. Would stay there again."
"Hotel zit op een goede locatie. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is eenvoudig maar schoon en netjes. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid. Het hotel is fris en netjes onderhouden. Onze fietsen konden binnen in een speciale ruimte neergezet worden. We komen graag nog eens terug."
"Wonderful hotel in gorgeous setting. Fabulous spa with wet and dry saunas, hot tub with view++. Delicious and extensive breakfast spread with healthy choices. Very helpful staff. Room with view and music of cow bells. Took cableway from Vigo di Fassa to see Rosengarten peaks—very impressive."
"Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well."
"This is ur second time staying here. The staff is wonderful and the environment that was curated is perfect for us. Beds are firm, not lumpy. Small gym but has a Pilates area and yoga area. A few machines. Breakfast is a great touch"
"Best part of this hotel is the spa and the views incredible!! My room was a little cold because they hadn’t switched over to heat yet, but they were very accommodating with extra blankets. The pools, spa, etc were the best I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this hotel."
