We also could not leave the dog alone in the property even though he is an older, well behaved (non noise making dog). My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. "Friendly owner tried his best to accommodate our needs. Slightly far from the train station. They provide adequate dinner and breakfast. No 24 hour reception table, if you wanna have a late check in or a very early check out you have to inform the owner before hand"
