"The pictures that are advertised are not the reality once you get there. The rooms are dated and didn't even have a coffee maker. Some of the outlets and appliances didn't work."

"The location was great to get to Rupp Arena and room was clean"

"Shower only had a handheld which could not be adjusted. No chair or sofa to sit on other than a desk chair in room. Daylight savings saw guests locked out of their rooms at 10am. No desk staff for about 20 minutes when he walked in carrying in his McDonalds bag of food. Heavy use of air fresheners. No comfortable chairs in lobby. "I really enjoyed my stay in Lexington! My room was nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. I also loved how convenient the location was. It made getting around Lexington so much easier. Having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day made my stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"
