"Check in was horrible. Staff couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and then were so distracted they didn’t give us directions to our room or explain the breakfast and other amenities. Our keys were put on the counter and they turned to another guest. The bathroom grout was disgusting. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was out of food by 8am with no move to replenish it. Confused at the high rating. Won’t stay here again and I’m usually easy going."

"The hotel seems to be in the middle of updating. The bath/shower was updated, and the room was clean. But, the window drapes had areas where the lining was missing and light came through. The hvac system worked well. When we went to our 2nd floor room around 4pm a painter was still painting the hallways and the paint smell filled the area. "Very quick friendly check-in and check-out. Bring your own hair supplies! I was surprised there was no blow dryer or shampoo. The bathroom had 2 small bars of packaged soap but no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion as has been common."

"Our stay was a basic overnite stay, When we got to the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom wasn't clean, used towel hanging on the hook of bathroom door.
