"The desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. After checking in he told me the pool was closed with no explanation as to what was wrong. I told him we were unhappy about not having a pool and he said “so what do you want me to do about it “. I was upset and regretting booked this place so I went back to the room to find a dirty air conditioner that worked poorly on this 90 degree day. The room had ants which got into my clothes and were disgusting. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels...

"This place really exceeded my expectations. In the photos it looked a little dated, which I don't mind but I was really surprised by how nice it was. It was very clean and the room was in very good shape. The entire property is maintained really well. I don't know if it's really a complaint, but next time I would not book a room facing the lake. It costs a little bit extra but I honestly didn't feel like it was worth it. Someone else might enjoy it though."

"The owners take full care of the guests and are always there to answer questions. They show they care and always looking to improve anywhere they can."
