"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in...

However, when we went to the restaurant/bar for dinner, it was closed. Nothing was mentioned when we booked it. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay there. "Highly recommend! It is true “glamping” with all the amenities of a hotel room, but a lake view from the master bedroom in the morning is amazing. Very attentive host, all the utensils you need, Keurig coffee maker, full bath with plenty of hot water & lake access. Beautiful sitting areas by the lake, plenty of fire pits & outdoor games. We will be booking here again and the outdoor experience with perfect location from Grand Rapids is worth it! "
