"Wonderful alberque. Be prepared for a bit of a different experience. To help eliminate unwanted bed bugs, which hitch a ride on pilgrims bags, your gear is stored in lockers downstairs and a laundry basket provided to bring up what's needed. "Great place to stop for a night en route. You drive your car into a garage and access the room from the garage, which is convenient and secure. Very good choice when travelling with a dog. The bathroom is spacious and modern with good facilities. The system for accessing the property is poorly thought out and doesn’t work well. You have to block the entrance barrier with your car while checking in at reception. Breakfast has a great range of food options. The property is isolated with limited amenities nearby. For dinner you need to drive 10-15 minutes to the city of Avilés. A visit to Avilés is highly recommended even if you’re only stopping over for one night."
