"The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things. The bathrooms were in mantainance but the ones behind the kitchen were available. Kitchen facility and free breakfast were also ok. I stayed two nights in a female dorm, which shares the entrance with another dorm. It is kind of a weird half-open space, and somehow whoever goes in or out just bangs the door. Didn't sleep much because of the noises from the roomates,...

"My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay with Heaven Inn. The room was impeccably clean with welcoming gifts of chocolate and a local liquor. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room had a private patio where we could enjoy a glass of wine after a day of touring the charming city if Evora. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back if we ever visit the city again."

"The private family room was perfect for a night in Evora for our family of 4 (including a 12 and 15 yr old). We were in town to sightsee and have a comfortable, very clean and safe place to sleep. Leider war das ein Flopp. Als ich am Anreisetag gegen 18 Uhr im Hotel eintraf, empfing mich eine lausige Kälte und eine mürrische ältere Dame mit dem ersten Hinweis, dass es das vertraglich zugesagte Wifi nicht gäbe. Erst dann wollte sie wissen, wer ich wäre. Das angebotene Zimmer war nicht beheizt und hatte eine Temperatur von 10 bis 12 Grad....
