"The Manager, Veronica "Vero" and all her staff went above and beyond to make my "unfortunate" stay at their AWESOME hotel a truly remarkable stay under my difficult family circumstance which is why I needed their gracious hotel to stay at!!! Vero and all the hotel staff were very professional, friendly, caring, kind, and made me feel very happy and content amidst my challenging family situation for approx 11 days. I highly recommend this Pharr TX Hampton Inn!!!"

"My only issue was that the water to shower was scalding hot. No way that I moved the handle would change the water. I shower in hot water normally so there is a lot I can handle but this was extreme. Other than that there were no issues."

"The first room I put my food down and unloaded the car, it was maybe 10/20mins. My food had 4 cockroaches, and 3 crickets in the room. The moved me different rooms but did not replace my food. 2nd rood was wonderful. It newly remodeled room."
