"Nice little B&B with great hosts. Stayed for two nights. Room has a fridge which is big enough for quite a few tins/bottles so that was good to have. Decent shower. Brekko was a great fry up. My gf couldn't get up in time for it as it ends at 9am, however the guys gladly provided me with some food for her which we put in a tupperware box for later. Great location as the centre of RH Bay is quite close. There's also a bus stop close by where you can get to Whitby for only £2. Would highly...

" Perfect position near all amenities. Great access to beach. The caravan was clean and very well equipped including excellent cooking and washing facilities. Unfortunately there were no drying facilities, even for wet towels and swimwear. The indoor and outdoor furniture was rather tired and uncomfortable. "

"Lovely clean and neatly compact cottage, hidden away in an ideal location for Whitby town and harbour/beach amenities. Communication with the owner was top class and prompt replies, nothingvwas too much trouble. My family had a very relaxing time at the property, my 3 teenage boys would definately return again with us. "Really small cottage not really suited to 4 people, only one 2 seater sofa in living room, small bathroom, whole cottage could do with a freshen up, good location & comms from host & stay was really good. "

"We have just returned and raised a complaint about the property, no welcome e mail received with details of how to access property, impossible to get through to rental company to discuss issues. No internet throughout stay, only able to use one bathroom as water scorching due to fault in 2nd bathroom, could not use TV, the only shower that did work then flooded through the floor below and through light fittings in kitchen, poorly cleaned before our arrival see pics "
