"Avoid.
1. This property has bed bugs.
2. This property is located over a karaoke bar and there's loud activity outside that continues to 5am that will prevent you from having a restful sleep.
3. Because of this convenient location to the night life in the old town, many people rent a room strictly to party all night and return frequently to nap for an hour to go out again. I saw many people bring cases of beer into their room while checking in.
4. This property does not enforce quiet rules...
"Our stay was excellent. Each double room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower.
To have unlimited access to the pool, spa and saunas was a great bonus.
The cafe food was delicious and really great prices with amazing service

"I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided. I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key.
I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key. I had to wait for the...
"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "
"Couldn’t even check in. No office. Spent an hour on phone with Expedia only for them to cancel the reservation because host couldn’t accommodate reservation. Pretty disappointed expedia didn’t try to make things right either. They should delist this hotel though."
"Hostel très peu cher mais à éviter. Les chambres étaient propres et les lits confortables. Mais tous les espaces communs étaient très sales. Les toilettes étaient sales en permanence, et même parfois cassés. Les douches étaient sales aussi et en mauvais état. La cuisine étaient très mal équipée, peu de vaisselle, et c'était de toute façon innutilisable tellement c'était sale également (le frigo, les ustensiles...) La vaisselle n'était pas lavée.. bref tous les espaces communs étaient a éviter...
