"1) They said their card swiping machine not working. I had to pay exchange price for withdrawing money. 2) They said reception will have staffs 24 hours. A BIG LIE. After a tiresome day, I was stranded outside for 20 minutes. 3) No breakfast even if you pay in Expedia.
