When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. For a 2 star hotel, it is really good but it was the same price as some 4 stars hotels."

Keep in mind, this is an apartment, not a fancy hotel. The room had everything you need, the sheet are clean etc... but expect some wear-and-tear and the need to fidget with the showers. Also, the place is only five minutes from fun bars, restaurants and night life. "

"This is an economy stay more than a full hotel experience. There is no elevator, and in southern summer the upper floors are very hot. There is no air conditioning and no fans in the room. So even after the air outside cooled down the room was quite warm. I had thought there was a roof restaurant but it is more a shared kitchen with no restaurant service. Even with all that, it was a good choice for my group. Also, at check in, they required the paper from Chilean customs and immigration...
