"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"A nice hotel in the mountains near lake Como. Host and personnel are very friendly and speak English. Room, dinner and breakfast are good and overall it was an enjoyable stay. Please note that the road near the lake can be tricky with small passages and tight corners. I preferred taking the road inland from and to Como as this is an overall more relaxed drive. "

"Nous avions réservé depuis le aout 2017. A notre arrivée, acceuil glacial et on nous dit qu'il n'ont pas de réservation à notre nom! En plus, soi-disant, ils ne sont plus sur EXPEDIA depuis 1 an! Il nous ont proposé aucune alternative et nous avons dû dormir dans la voiture (nous n'avons pas trouvé d'autre hotel à prix raisonnable car période de salon du meuble)! Je demande à EXPEDIA: - de retirer de leur site ce soi-disant hotel - un dédommagement dans les plus brefs délai"
