"I arrived in Popayan expecting to be picked up and driven to my home 30km away in Piendamo. Unfortunately, a strike was blocking the highway, so I needed a place to stay. This has happened before, and I know the hotel options in Popayan--a few luxury hotels, more than a few corporate business hotels, and many smaller hotels of varying quality. "Hubo discrepancias en lo ofertado. Por ejemplo en la página indicaban que se incluía el kit de aseo ayenda. Toalla, shampoo, y jabón. Pero el shampoo manifestaron que no se incluía, y el jabón era de los más baratos de ese jabón chiquito. Además se ofrecen como hotel ayenda y no observé publicidad de ayenda en ningún lado. Aunque se pidieron tres camas individuales atercaban que eso no era así, y querían cobrar un adicional, me tuve que enojar y decirles que eso no era lo que me habían ofrecido...
