"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...
"Great hospitality, nice rooms, very good breakfast. The bathroom could have used a little TLC, and the rooms could use more power outlets, but I really enjoyed my one night stay. It's in a cool district of Cusco near the archeological sites, but keep in mind that it is a significant climb from the city center (steep and a lot of stairs), so you might want to take a taxi despite of its close proximity to the city center. Staff was very welcoming!"

También nos atendió Sally y realmente no tengo los nombres de las demás personas, pero todos fueron muy muy atentos la verdad los alimentos muy ricos pero algo que nos sorprendió fue que a las 4 de la mañana nos proporcionaron un Lunch es decir, un paquete viajero de alimentos para nuestro paseo
Los recomiendo ampliamente superaron nuestras expectativas...
