"This was a fine place to stay - very easy check in with no hassle. Good WiFi and simple room. Other guests were definitely smoking somewhere in this hotel, which made me a little uncomfortable considering the rooms have no windows. But the hotel itself and the staff were all perfectly fine. "

Though the name is 133, the address is 143 and the entrance is via one of the shop units which leads to a corridor converted from the shop space leading to the hotel at the end. Look out for the signboard at the side of the shophouse building. "On the same street as Wyndham Sun Moon Lake, but cost 10x less. Good for 1-2nights stay. Clean place with private, lockable cabins, and very near the ITA Thao shopping street and pier. You can walk along the lake to the cable car station and the Nine Frogs Stack 九蛙疊像. Even though the opening hours of some food stores are quite unpredictable, there are plenty of options and two convenience stores around."

"Hotel overall fine. Ppl smoking in other rooms so smoke also filled our room. Mosquitos appearing randomly in the room at nite very annoying. There’s a night club on the 7th floor of hotel which makes it impossible to sleep. We would have moved hotels after first night but had already paid in full. "

"Very clean good-sized room. There is a fairly specious lounge area with a large communal table where you can eat your own food or get some work done, with no TV. There is a computer that you can use to watch some YouTube. They outsource their laundry service, so no laudry facilities at the premises. Lots of eateries at the doorstep. Complimentary good qualify coffee available."

"Quiet and pleasant environment. Room is clean and spacious. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. He drive us to a nearby restaurant to try the famous mushroom dinner, and kindly advised us not to order too many because the portion is very big. This turned out exactly to be the case. We are grateful for all their assistance and will certainly stay there again when we next go to Taichung."

"Big room with 10 beds, but only me in the room. Weird rule of lights in the room have to off by 12am, and there is no light for each inidividual bed."
