"For the price & value, I rate the hotel stay highly. However, the office chair in room 803 was ‘stained’ possibly bodily fluids? Terrible huh?
Otherwise, location, amenities, staff and value were great.
Oh btw, Northbourne Ave on Saturday night is screaming loud with street cars drag racing. It’s a Canberran thing :)"

"A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient.
However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel...
