"Sauberkeit war ok , Die Zimmer sahen niemals so aus wie auf den Bildern . In der Anzeige stand , dass man auf der Straße parken kann . Es gab keine freien Parkplätze und wenn du einen gefunden hättest, nur 1 Stunde mit Parkscheibe. Der Check in war eine reinste Katastrophe. Ich musste online eine Kaution bezahlen , dafür habe ich einen link bekommen per Mail und es hat nicht geklappt. Ich musste den Gastgeber anrufen und meine Karten Details per Telefon auf meine Kosten angeben . Es waren nicht...
"The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who likes to travel on foot, a short downhill walk from the train station and an even shorter walk of two blocks to the lake, excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and free passes for public transportation. This was very helpful for taking the cable car uphill to the train station"
"The hotel was in an excellent location with a beautiful lake view with a balcony where you can enjoy having breakfast or.. staff were truly amazing, nice, kind and helpful. We will love to stay there again. But, there is a steep where you need to walk up to the hotel or you can take taxi.

"Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there."
"An incredible location with breathtaking views. Just be aware that you’ll either need to park at the bottom of the mountain and take the funicular, or park farther away and walk to the apartment. This wasn’t a problem for us and was absolutely worth it, but it’s helpful to know in advance, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns."
"Nice, clean and spacy apartment with a large terrace with stunning view over the mountains, city and lake. Easy check-in. Need good driving skills to park though. Our only aberdabei is the pool. We partly rented this apartment because the descripton said outdoor pool, which there wasn't. There was an indoor pool that smelled of stagnant brackish water, and didn't exactly call for any of us to go swim in it. Otherwise we had such a lovely stay."
