Doesn’t know how to solve small issues as how to replace the breakfast tables.They have no idea how to contact the tours companies or places around .. they don’t even pick up their calls. So no concierge “help”. The place are full of mosquitos. They don’t allow you to eat at your room or even bring a bottle of beer... claiming appearance of ants In the room... the room service horrible only change the towels but didn’t even clean the floors. Too expensive.. never...
