"Amazing stay in this hotel. Room was small and cramped but was sufficient for me. Breakfast buffet was great. Housekeeping staff did not speak any English and therefore it was difficult to communicate."

"I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Hotel City Bell. My family of 5 stayed there for 7 nights, and we loved every moment. It was perfect for us. Before we arrived, the staff was quick to respond and incredibly helpful in helping us set up transportation from the airport, and letting us secure our luggage in a locked room until our room was ready. The room was spacious and so clean, and a beautiful/easy 25 min walk to Old Town. The location was perfect. The area is quiet,...

"My stay had a rocky start, but it improved a lot afterwards. The first room had no working AC, and I had to wait until the following morning for someone to properly look into it. The room was very warm and faced the main street, with a pub directly opposite, so it was a little noisy. It also got a lot of sun during the day, which made the heat worse. I was given a fan in the meantime. Eventually, the hotel moved me and gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. The upgraded room was...

"Very responsible, readily available ,efficient and pleasant staff, the placecwas splendid we couldnt ask for better. Thanks to all the staff"

"Great location and great staff, they are responsive and helpful. The private room was good, had two plugs by the bed and a big window for fresh air. The kitchen and common room is nice to have. I do wish the bathrooms were cleaner."
