Great location close to train station, restaurants and 15 minutes from la promenade des anglais. Nice for a 2⭐️⭐️ place, good breakfast. recommend for overnight stay.

Front desk is absolutely delightful and helpful. Great location to all things and train station.

Hotel Le Florian is a boutique hotel in a great location near Rue Antibes, La Croisette, and the train station. When we arrived the streets were closed for a yearly event so the kind staff walked to our parked car to help us with our belongings and carried everything to the third floor for us. We were given a spacious apartment with full kitchen and stayed for a week. We knew the area is noisy at night due to music from a nearby restaurant so we wore ear plugs since we went to bed early and...

The hotel itself is nice. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood is residential and business mixed. Very close to the Sagrada Familia and to transportation, many restaurants to choose from and easy access to the other parts of the city. Very nice.

It was quite and quaint

Returning customer, great location, great customer services

Amazing!

While it’s not fancy, I would definitely stay in Hotel du Nord again. The rooms are simple but adequate. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent! There are lots of food options and transportation nearby.

Loved this place! A very cute and calm spot with a very nice little cafe in the lobby. I travel to the area every year for the film festival and this was my first time staying a bit farther from the center of Cannes, but I found it very easy to get there via the train, which is barely a 3 min walk from the hotel. The surrounding area is very cute and safe, I much preferred it over staying in one of the bigger towns. Staff was also very responsive and helpful.

The main draw is the location to the beach. It's so close that if you're with friends, you'd end up feeling embarrassed because your hotel is much closer than wherever they ended up staying. (I was anyway.) Room is tiny, facilities non-existent, but that's ok, because it's Cannes. What made this hotel exceptional, and why I'm writing this review are the people who run the hotel. I don't know their names, but it's an older man and woman who both speak English and are extremely personable folks....

Fantastic property perched on the side of the mountain overlooking everything. Wonderful cottage with a great little kitchen at outdoor and everything you need for a fantastic stay

Apartment was very big and clean. Walking distance to beach and restaurants as well as beach clubs. Easy to find street parking. Balcony offers nice view
