Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The studio unit on the 9th floor was perfect for my stay. It was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space. "Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable."

"Stayed in 2 different rooms lefts for a few days for a side trip. First room was awesome. Keep in mind the condo's are owned by different owners so every room is different. The bed and shower in the first room 10/10. This is why I went back. However the 2nd room the bed was a 6/10 shower was a 7/10 the Internet didn't work in either room. The pool and workout room is nice walking distance to festive walk Mall am is also close "
