Medieval Spain was not designed around the motorcar unless of course you are a licensed taxi so options there if walking an issue. "It’s a hostel, so things are not as luxurious as at a regular hotel. Indeed, I never saw any of the hostel staff. And we had a lot of confusion regarding check-in. However, once we checked in, the room was just fine for the price, and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Note: there is NO parking anywhere nearby. Even driving to the hostel to drop off bags is difficult, since the streets are mostly 2-2.5m wide, and twisty. But if you arrive by mass...

"The property was central to everything in Cordoba. The staff were helpful and friendly, ready to help with anything. The breakfast itself was really good and worth the 8 or 9 euros. We have been to Cordoba a few times now and always find it fascinating. We took friends from NZ this time and they were blown away. I just hope it does not get spoiled with the amount of stag and hen parties that were there. Overall our stay in Cordoba was brilliant and the Hotel was part of it. Sandra Simkin"

"Beautiful old house, completely covered in tiles, with a gorgeous patio full of plants. Located in a quiet neighborhood but just 10 minutes walk from the main sights of Cordoba. The owner is great, as is the front desk attendant Maria Jose. They gave us actionable intelligence about our Cordoba itinerary which really helped us with our trip.
