"Ok. First things first. You cannot beat the price of this hotel. I got an ocean front suite for $130 ish. I mean open the back door and the beach is literally 30 feet away. Fantastic. The rooms were clean. They were dated a bit but very clean and comfortable. My unit had a stove, microwave, and pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. Is it as nice as the $300-$400 a night rooms? "My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). We always feel safe on the property and in our room. Breakfast is continental and nothing to rave about. Parking can be a hassle, especially in the evenings and on weekends. "The staff was very friendly and the balcony was nice but other than that it was terrible. The room was so old, out dated, smelled bad and felt gross. The sheets very clean but other than that there was a leak coming from the ceiling, the shower & bath tub were dirty and dingy and things were falling apart. I guess it’s what you pay for but I would strongly discourage you from staying here. You will likely regret it."
