"The room smelled very musty."

"The room itself was just ok. We stayed in a studio king suite room 200. There was a horrible garlic smell in the hallways that wafted into the room both days. The water pressure was not great. The pool was very dirty. Even the next morning it wasn’t cleaned overnight very well. The front desk clerk woman was extremely friendly and nice. Easy off the highway. The restaurant next door was a pizza/Italian restaurant that was pretty good."

"Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area"

"Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa wasnt working nor was heat in room, then elevator was out of service for 3 floors. There is no smoking any longer and beds are very uncomfortable had a back ache every night. Could 100% use better mattresses on beds, room never got cleaned. I have stayed there many times before and i must say this hotel has gone way down , very short staffed now. Sad because i use to love staying there, Not so much now."

"The building didn’t have any logos, the carpet was musty! And a cockroach was in the bathroom. The front desk ladies was nice."

"Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again."

My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

"While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!"
